The baristas are friendly, the coffee and food are delicious, and the ambience is great, BUT, as other reviewers have mentioned, IT IS PRICEY. I spend a lot of time in Seattle and even there, with a tip and also delicious coffee, I don't drop 8 on a 16 oz latte.
