Le restaurant Oz'ange est un bon restaurant , au niveau de la décoration rien à dire tout est parfait , de plus sa situation en face de la cathédrale en fait un superbe cadre. Très bon service agréable. Au niveau des plats qui sont plutôt bons, cela est plutôt simpliste rien d'extraordinaire qui ne change pas du quotidien. Dîner du 02/08/2017, service très long entre 30 et 40 mn entre chaque plat, erreur sur le vin commandé (rouge à la place du blanc), à la carte une entrecôte frite (plat simple par définition) viande demandée saignante, arrive complétement brûlée, retour du plat, deuxième service, viande qui est du bœuf mais qui n'a rien à voir avec une entrecôte et cuisson presque identique à la première.
