I placed a catering order for brisket. I was told the morning of my event less than 6 hours of my guests arriving that my order would not be fulfilled due to a power outage that they were aware for 4 days prior. I was told they were hoping to have power restored. I thought it extremely inconsiderate that I had no notification of this until the day of the event.
