We stopped here on Sunday 16th August whilst driving south. Arcis makes a good stop fi you start in Calais. It was the only place open. We were late in the day and that seemed to affect the food. It was fine: chicken and chips and a vegetable couscous, and the owner was assiduous and flamboyant - but, in the end it was only chicken and chips and nothing special.
