The reason for the low marks is because of the guy with the earpiece and small radio on his belt. Stands by the kitchen door. Hes rude and non helpful, my tea glass i was drinking out of had cracks with pieces of glass missing and we signaled for him three times and he ignored us but definitely saw us.
