We booked through some website(roomdi.com very bad) and the dates were incorrect, we attempted to amend our booking straightaway with no response from Hotel or booking site. Eventually got through to hotel today after being put on hold several times, we were happy to pay the difference to upgrade to another apartment as our original booking at hotel is full on our dates but they were not helpful at all.
