I was so excited when AG got a Hawaiian bbq place. There weren't any in slo county, so I was happy to see one close by. The portion sizes are great! You can't get these portions anywhere else. I love the Katsu chicken, rice, and macaroni salad meal. The Katsu is cooked perfectly. The macaroni salad is the perfect consistency. Soooo overrated. I used to think this place was pretty good but no more. Stopped by today around 3:30 and ordered my usual Hawaiian BBQ beef special. Went to wash my hands and literally two minutes later was handed my order. Asked for two extra sauces (they 're pretty small) and the owner hands me one. Did the same thing last visit.
