For the first time our dinner at Rustique was spotty. The calamari appetizer was a stand out as was the short rib risotto. My pot-au-feu had only a small piece of tasty beef along with undercooked, ie to hard to eat, potatoes and no root vegetables. The other disappointment was at desert.
