I am going to present this as a growth opportunity. I placed an online order. Got to the restaurant, called and stated I was there, and then waited. I waited 20 minutes. I assumed the food was still being cooked. Then my 6 year old says he has to potty. So I grab him, my 19 month old and 4 year old and go inside. What do I find? My order ready and waiting.
