How come there is no minimum chile piquín? It's for pozole! The whitexicans who visit the place do enormous cultural damage to the place. It is not conceivable to eat pozole without it being at least a little bit spicy. The belly was baptized, it did not have a homogeneous flavor. Unfortunately I will not return.
