I have eaten at most of the Chinese restaurants in the Mableton/Austell area but tonight I was entertaining relatives from out of state and we wanted to dine in. I checked Google and decided to try Chef Chen and I can tell you I couldn't be happier. I wish I had thought to take photos of all the food but it was as excellent as the presentation.
