Staff is friendly. They have good fry cooks on staff whenever I go there, food not greasy as it is at other Captain D's. I would have given 5 stars if fountain drink dispenser where one could access for refills instead of having to go back and bother the counter staff when busy. View all feedback.

Went through the drive thru the other night. Was clear they were severely understaffed, so my complaints are obviously not the employee's faults. To start, we were in the drive thru for about 20 minutes, but we were at the front of the line. We ordered 2 meals. Extremelyyyy slow service most ppl visiting this location is on lunch break and having to wait...
