Weird people. But I like weird people. Turtles in the tank as you walk in is always a plus. A tremendous amount of beers on tap which was surprising. Pool. Darts. Juke box. I grew up in local bars and spent my share of time in the best (or worst) dive bars around the country. Helga's has what it takes: dive bar location, crummy restroom accordingly, pool and darts.
