Very hit or miss. I've had the tuna bowl 6 or 7 times and it's a different experience each time. When they are firing on all cylinders- it's really good! When they are not, which unfortunately has been often, it is really bad. Crunchy/hard rice happens about half the time. Hard as brick pita is more rare, but does happen.
