Had lunch today at DST BBQ. Enjoyed the potato salad especially(since I am not a potato salad guy). Ribs were some of the best I have had after sampling over 50 Central Tx BBQ's. Brisket was tender and had delicious bark as did the ribs. Also tasted collard greens, beans and corn. All were worth going back for on another visit. Rico, I will be seeing you again. The hours of operation are in accurate. They don’t have a phone number to call to double check that they’re open when you search for them during our celebration on the delivery apps it always shows that they’re closed.
