The service was a little rough due to one cashier, but the other cashier was nice. The food was so good that the first cashier's personality doesn't decrease the rating, though this was so, so good. I got a loaded chicken wrap and it was in the top 3 best foods I had in Austin. The house juices are okay, but that wrap is something I will forever yearn for from halfway across the country. Absolutely not delicious. Not the same experience I had a year ago having the same food at this place. Rice was stale not flavorful, and chicken meat was dry. Told the staff member about it and no response back. Asked for hot sauce first ignored and later brought in with extra charge for it.
