The girl who leaned on the stand said there were no seats. She spoke very soft in a loud room, every time she spoke, we had to ask her to repeat herself. I think it was because she stopped noises. We asked if we could put on a waiting list and she said no. She offered no other alternative and was quite rude about it. There were outside seats, but she didn't mention it as an offer so we left.
