I very rarely rate anything, and when I do it is positive. But the woman at reception was beyond rude and incompetent, prompting us to not even want to sit. Train your staff if you expect customers to stay. All customer service requires is a smile and a bit of warmth. What a shame. View all feedback.
This place changed management again not too long ago. There was nothing wrong with the old tiki...
Its gardens are the best to go with dogs to enjoy, around 8pm you can find about 15-20 dogs soc...
