I ate at Hirosake Japanese Steakhouse for my birthday this year. We did the Hibatchi Grill. It was a fun little show with the grill, Paullino was our cook and he knew his stuff. Found plastic in our fruit ninja roll. It appears that an entire roll of crab didn't have it's plastic removed before being fried and then cut within the roll.
