Die "große Salatvariation" war ein normaler gemischter Salat, portionsmäßig nicht wirklich groß und das vegetarische Gemüse-Kartoffel-Gratin erwies sich als Fehlgriff, weil statt richtiger Kartoffelscheiben bei diesem Gratin "Kartoffelpürree" verwendet wurde.
