I love the food here. I've been to Bacolod five times but this is my first time at Kenny Rogers, was I living under a Bacolod rock? The potato, gravy, pasta, rice, Mac n Cheese and those jugs of Coke and Apply juice. The restaurant was clean, staff were super friendly, the environment was perfect...
