For the first time in Café 23. 11.00 a.m. when we walked in a young lady on the noon menu on the wall, we began to look at what we wanted.. Another lady took our order and seemed remarkably frustrated with us that we ordered from the lunch menu and continue to tell us her barbecue was full of eggs.
