Hi guys I really think you need to improve on the waiting times, I waited for my crunchy hake from 18:15 to 18:46 in the cold. What made it worst is the fact that the was a lady who came about 15min after I place my order and she got her order before me. She even asked me ' 'you still waiting? and she asked the ladies in the counter to process my order. Management please sort this issue out. read more.
