It was a cold day in Ballarat today so good to step into the warm and have a lovely coffee. Plenty of seating and quite busy a great menu and the Chinese owners serve up a wonderful meal . The food was below average. Reviews we'd read made it sound like a top place to eat. It was in an industrial area. The service was lacking. The food that arrived was mediocre and they forgot one of our group altogether. She had to go up and prompt them. No discount, no free dessert, just some Easter Eggs from April!!!
