I rearly write negative reviews as you see from my previous reviews but had to tell this story. What a dirty ho*e of a place, simply unbelievable and then some. Staff were more concerned about texting on their phones with no eye contact and very poor manners. Given that normally I love KFC it's a total disgrace in Ballymena. I will never ever be back. You can also enjoy dishes and drinks at the counter of the place, and there is a eating area with chairs/tables. If the weather are right, you can also have something to eat outside.
