After many visits to Canada, we finally decided to try poutine and this was the place! The one we chose had elk meat and cheese curds. We also had pizza with elk, roasted red peppers, Canadian bacon, mozzarella cheese, caramelized onions and marinara sauce. The elk tasted a lot like roast beef and wasn’t gamey at all.
