Last time I ate here I remembered as a good charming restaurant but today I found out that they were getting really close to get the excellent balance of taste, amount and presentation. I was delighted by the choice of ingredients and how with little salt they got the near perfect balance of bitter, sweet and sour, with top quality ingredients and.... It was just the daily menu! I have eaten at that place several times and I always enjoyed it but... there's always missing something. Sometimes what they offer is not great and sometimes the service is poor.
