was here for business trip and booked additional room for my family, as max occupancy is 4 per room. they told me it will be charged €180 per night but the bill came €230 per night and it added up alot because we stayed for a week. such a big difference. would have cut the trip shorter and they didn’t remember/stick to the earlier room rate. the reservation manager also refused to help. but the room was nice and amen...
