Marketed as a Cucina Biologica it is pricey compared to the normal level of Puglian restaurant costs. Sadly my experience was not a good one. Orderd a Caesar salad, but not sure what turned up. 75% lettuce, a few preces of burnt chicken on top, with some small pieces of carrot. No crutons, no achovies, no parmesan, no egg.
