recently visited this situation on Saturday and at the arrival no one greeted us or asked if we were going in or around or something. each (about 4-5 people work) just stood around and looked at their ears (about 9:20). I assume they were worried how long it would take to prep the food. so or so a real greeting would have been the best place to begin. what a terrible first impression customer service.
