Great group event. Really good place for a group event. We had 17 people on a wine tour, and the food was outstanding from a set menu that was changed to cater for a few individual requirements. Delicious, and really good sized servings. Wine is nice, service was good. All in I would recommend for a large group. View all feedback.
What Holly M doesn't like about The Laughin' Barrel:
We ordered the meat platter and found the turkish roll to have green mould on it. I took it up to the counter and asked why the didnt check this before serving it to us. The lady then said.. oh this is how its meant to be, it didnt taste moldy did it? I replied 'well ive never eaten moldy bread : they gave us a replacement but we didnt stick around. We all liked it a big family group with 5 young children. Sat outside near the playground pity...
Amazing food, poor wine. Would go back just for the food! Everyone on the table thought the foo...
