I should have been forewarned by the absence of not one review in English, something very rare in Corsica. Many of the highly-rated reviews, all in French, were posted by people with one or two reviews, something always suspicious. Regardless, this was the worst meal I have encountered on this, and many other trips to France. The so-called veal escalope was a 1/2 piece of meat, scorched on the outside and nearly raw...
