After living in Vancouver for most of my adult life (back when Chinatown flourished) and in Hong Kong a few times, I know Chinese food. It wasn't. Both the Chop Suey and Chow My were 99% cabbage. I couldn't say. I should have known as soon as I saw the place. Both the building and the lot were dirty and went down. Don't go here for Chinese. View all feedback.
