We went to Thurston for the first time for lunch. The place is unnoticed from the outside, but on the inside it is definitely a nice little pub. My husband got the reubs, I got the Buffalo chicken salad, my three-year-old got the hot dogries, and we shared the Buffalo wings recommended by our server Colleen. The food was good. It did take a some time to get to us. Apps and main meal were delivered at the same time. The DJ was playing a more modern mix of music that was offensive and degrading to women. He was also playing at 85db, which the EPA says prolonged exposure will cause hearing loss. In addition, when I left the male SECURITY person was wearing a sidearm! WHY?
