While passing through Galway, i had the opportunity of dining at Donnelly's. It was late at night, had no expectations and yet i was very pleasantly surprised. Sea food chowder was really nice and fish and chips were lovely but burger was very disappointing, just a massive patty cooked to within an inch of being flavourless put on a limp bit of lettuce and a slice of tomato. For a gastro pub that used to be renowned for its sea food. There was a very limited selection on the menu, salmon (catch of the day) or fish and chips. View all feedback.
