Beaufort Creamery is a lovely little ice cream store located in downtown Beaufort. The home-made ice cream flavors were impressive, along with the Asian and non-dairy options. The Ube ice cream was fresh, delicious, and tasted authentic. I would buy it in bulk if they sold it. Please keep offering ube and making delicious ice cream. Maybe matcha, too?
