Finding the Omni Bedford Springs Resort as our stop over on our way to Ohio was one of our great picks. Not only was the Resort a 10 and so was the 1796 Restaurant. Excellent service from the moment we were greeted at the hostess station. Couldn't ask for a better prepared meal. Which was accompanied with a fine Pinot Noir from an ample selection from the wine list. View all feedback.

This visit to the 1796 room did not compare to previous visits. Service was a bit off even witnessing another guest's table attempting to track down their server. Our Filet, while prepared temperature perfect did fall short on flavor while garnish stone cold. while the salmon dish did deliver exceptional flavor.
