Went in to order to single scoop Cows Ice cream cones. After we waited in line, once we got to the checkout, we were told of a 15 minute wait before they could do that. I don't understand how that is possible for scooping ice cream into a cone. Keep in mind we were not ordering anything else. There didn't seem to be any issue around supply or cones.
