I've had WAY better in Southern California. The Pho was OK and the Lemongrass Tofu with vermicelli was bland to say the least. Service was good; as soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated, and water brought to the table. I settled for vermicelli instead of rice because it wasn't ready.
