I’ve been going to this spot for a long time. The last time I went this week was not the quality I was used to. The pieces was all cut different sizes (monster pieces), ginger was thick so thick I had to tear with my hands, overall the fish didn’t seem all that fresh in the same plate I had salmon with three different color grades.
