We had the luck of meeting Somit. He not only runs the restaurant but also a Yoga school and a nonprofit educational project for children. We had the chance to get involved with them and it was totally priceless. Somit was running yoga classes and my friends and I signed up to do an ashtanga class with him. It was clear 2 minutes in that he had no formal yoga teacher training as ashtanga yoga is taught the same all over the world and what he was ‘teaching’ was not that.
