4 of us had a lunch meal at this place a few days ago. Menu was pretty good, with the usual pub fare and some fancier stuff. Fillet steak my wife and I had was very good. The basic problem with this place (and why I would never return) is the very, very slow bar service in the bistro. The woman was friendly enough but the critical problem is obvious - the bar attendant takes your order, gives you the drinks (all OK so far) but then for some bizarre reason has to walk a distance of some 10 metres to the one till to take your money and give you change (see photo 1 for location of said till). So you tend to spend an enormously long time waiting while they walk to and fro. Not so hard for the owners to fix (though maybe it's an anti-theft thing) - install more tills behind the bar!.
