I have been going here for a few months and today was my first bad experience! After asking for an iced gingerbread chai they gave me a hot one through drive thru so i let her know and in a few seconds she gave me an iced that tasted ALOT LIKE MINT... i got off and politely asked them for my iced to be made again... 3 ppl there looked at each other and said it would be made again... so i waited.. when handed the drin...
