We came here for lunch upon the recommendation of a relative who's a local. Just like many other guests, we were a bit concerned because of the bad reviews. But we were pleasantly surprised. The service was fine (our waiter was friendly and attentive) and...the prices are ok considering the location right on Baerenplatz. We each ordered the Bernerteller which we thought was pretty good. Service is not friendly, and it is hard to get some attention. Waiters are VERY disconnected, and don't really care about the customers. The schnitzel was ok; the burger was bad not a proper burger, stay away from it. We were inside, but had...people nearby smoking and also with cigars, so really annoying and inconvenient.
