Food was okay. I had to use the restroom and they wouldn’t allow me. I mean I asked, the person at the register straight up said “no”, and walked right back in to do her work. It’s a pretty basic thing and if you don’t allow your customers this, I don’t think anyone who has had this experience will feel like coming back. I don’t know what hurts them so much, really.
