You get a lot to do and staff is not always 100% because people treat food workers like garbage, so sometimes the wait can be long, but despite that the drive thru staff is always friendly and my coffee is always done right and tastes good. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. Found hair in the food. Foods always burnt. They forget items. Make items wrong. Coffee is terrible and has so much milk. When I called and spoke to the manager, I could hear a person in the back denying all my complaints. This is the closest one to our house but I am done! I will go to a further location from now on.
