I called ahead to order LAMB casing to make sausage. The customer service rep reassured me that they had lamb casing. When I arrived, they started packaging the casing for me. It looked really wide in diameter. I asked them again to make sure it was lamb. They said yes, it’s lamb. Upon closer inspection, I notice it was pork casing. Why would they lie to me over the phone?
