Selbst viel in Thailand gereist, kann ich behaupten, dass die Gerichte, die ich hatte ziemlich authentisch waren. Dies ist leider nicht oft der Fall in Europa. Also z.B. der Green Papaya Salad war sehr scharf - man fühlte sich gleich wie in den Tropen. Die Tom Kha Gai (Kokosnusssuppe mit Huhn) war einfach hervoragend gut (nicht scharf - wie im Original).
