1 star for how the owner replies to the 1 star reviews. It's robotic. Address the issue that's being mentioned. You don't. You give the robot reply blah sorry for your experience and give some odd contact address so you can further delay solving the addressed issue. If someone is saying waited over 60 min for food reply by saying yes we are short staff, we are super slow, don't know what we are doing the majority of the time, and I the owner is never in the restaurant to help, and if I am I obviously don't care! Be honest and not robotic. When someone leaves a 5 star review your response is totally different, not robotic, and is personal. What gives?.
