this use to go a good place for a meal, no longer. it took 5 minutes before we acknowledge another 4 minutes to get a cup of coffee and then 15 more minutes to get a bagel. after the bagel it took another 8 minutes to get a second cup coffee. eating was good, the meal reasonable, the service terrible.
